Here are some nice Dan DeCarlo drawings. If you're a cartoonist that has trouble drawing women (like me), try copying his girl designs. It's a great first step!

If you like that, you should try reading Love & Rockets, by the Hernandes Bros, i can't remember which one of them, but one of em' draws, some really nice women.
