The forth street scape down, the one with the Kent cigarette ad, does the billboard to the right say..
Nigger Charley? I just want to know if I'm seeing things (which was a great Canadian CBC show in the early 80's) because that's pretty bold no matter who you are.
Please let me know, my curiosity is peaked.
